It's very beta and it works only if you have a subscription.

Can't get it to work...

Postby Randy Smail » Tue May 23, 2006 5:11 pm

Hello,

I downloaded and tried out the Win version. Should it email me the key codes? Even with manually entering the codes I could not get it to work.

Remember, this is a beta. We don't have the personalization in place yet, so it won't email you the key codes yet. Also, the first time it's run it has to be run as a user with Admin rights (we're working on that) and sometimes you have to manually allow the windows security monitor to let the connection continue. We'll be working hard to get a release of WHM out the door by mid-June.

BTW: you can control a Mac with WHM, and vice versa. You can also go Windows to Windows, no problem.

Postby Anonymous » Tue Apr 24, 2007 8:01 pm

I read awhile back this would come out alongside Mac Helpmate 2.0 - is this still going to happen?
